Pilates doesn't fix everything. Gyrotonic doesn't fix everything. Neither does physical therapy, yoga, or weightlifting — but each one has something real to offer, when it's applied at the right moment for the right reason.
Nothing in the body works in isolation. A tight hip changes how your shoulder moves. A weak core changes how you breathe. So instead of picking one system and applying it uniformly, each session is sequenced — drawing from whatever combination actually addresses the whole chain, not just the symptom in front of us.
What matters is the proper application. What works is meeting your body where it actually is, drawing from whatever toolkit fits the problem, and building your awareness until you're no longer dependent on anyone else to tell you how you feel.
